The project is located within the premises of the Lebanese University Campus in Ras Maska Area South of Tripoli, North Lebanon.

The project covers the excavation works and the construction of two faculties, Fine Arts and Engineering, including related external and infrastructure works.

The total built up area of the faculty of Fine arts amounts to around 23000 m2 in addition to technical areas and underground car park (around 1470 m2). The total built up area of the faculty of engineering amounts to around 25,300 m2 in addition to technical areas and underground car park (around 1250 m2)

Civil works for underground and above ground premises of the both faculties, with all associated electrical, mechanical and finished works, together with various fixed furniture in a number of spaces within the Faculties.
